Any inconsistencies the recipient discovers shall be reported to Licking County.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P STYLE=\"font-size:16ptmargin:7 0 7 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>The recipient further agrees not to use these maps and data, in whole or in part, for any purpose or project other than the project which is the subject of this agreement. The recipient agrees to waive all claims against Licking County resulting in any way from any unauthorized changes or reuse of the maps and data for any other project by anyone other than Licking County.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P STYLE=\"font-size:16ptmargin:7 0 7 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>In addition, the recipient agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold Licking County harmless from any damage, liability, or costs, including reasonable attorney fees and costs of defense, arising from any changes made by anyone other than Licking County or from any reuse of the maps and data without the prior written consent of Licking County.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV>",
